The Radius Mobile Bike Shop is a purpose-built Workstation Van, equipped with tools, parts, supplies and a professional mechanic. We service most bicycles right in the van, at home or work.
How do you make an appointment for bicycle service?
Select your desired service and book an appointment with a date and time that are convenient for you. If you are not sure which/what kind of service, our a La Carte Service is a good option.
How much does the mobile bike shop service cost?
Our minimum service charge, the a la Carte, is $59 and includes the first half-hour of labor & tax, excluding parts. When time allows, we can perform 1,2 or 3 quick repairs during this service.
How far does Radius Mobile Bike Shop service?
Our local service area is a 16 mile radius around Lancaster, PA 17601. Extended service area is available for locations up to 36 miles away.

Does Radius Bike ship Internationally?
Yes, many items are eligible for Internationally to select destinations. The purchaser is responsible for any applicable Customs or Duty fees.
Is the ordering process secure?
Yes! Our Shopping Cart encrypts sensitive information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 256 bits. When users enter sensitive information via the web site, the information is protected on and off line. Radius Bike follows PCI compliance guidelines.

Is my order subject to sales tax?
Only orders that are shipped to addresses in Pennsylvania, are subject to 6% state sales tax.

How do I get my tracking number?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email to the address you have provided us within 24 hours with the tracking information. If you need more information on your order, please email us for assistance. Please be advised that for security reasons, we can only send email tracking information to the email address on file with your order.
